Greek Fiesta opened its doors in 2001, inspired by the authentic, heart-healthy Mediterranean recipes the founders grew up enjoying in their grandmothers’ kitchens. Their dream was simple: share those fresh flavors, warm hospitality, and homemade traditions with the community. More than two decades later, Greek Fiesta is still proud to serve the Triangle with the same passion — bringing people together through fresh food, genuine hospitality, and the rich traditions of Mediterranean cooking.
Greek Fiesta prepares fresh, healthy Greek and Mediterranean dishes using traditional spice blends and authentic recipes passed down through generations for centuries. Fresh chicken breast, authentic lamb kabobs, house-made hummus, and creamy cucumber sauce (tzatziki) are prepared fresh in-house daily. Every meal is cooked to order right before your eyes using time-honored Mediterranean recipes, just like the Greek folk heroes prepared Ambrosia
