Greek Fiesta operates restaurant locations in the Raleigh-Cary area of North Carolina.
Restaurant locations, operating hours, menus, services, prices, and availability may change from time to time.
2. Menu, Pricing and Availability
Greek Fiesta makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate menu descriptions, photographs, prices, and other information.
However, menu items, ingredients, recipes, portions, prices, promotions, and availability may change without notice.
Photographs are provided for illustrative purposes, and actual food presentation may vary.
In the event of an obvious pricing, menu, or technical error, Greek Fiesta reserves the right to correct the error and, where appropriate, cancel or modify an affected order.
Applicable taxes, delivery charges, service charges, gratuities, and other charges may be added where applicable and should be displayed during the applicable ordering process.
3. Online Ordering
Greek Fiesta uses Toast for online ordering and related services.
Orders are subject to acceptance, payment authorization, and availability.
Customers are responsible for reviewing their order before submitting it and for providing accurate contact, pickup, delivery, and order information.
If an ordered item becomes unavailable, Greek Fiesta may contact you regarding a substitution, modification, cancellation, or refund.
4. Pickup Orders
Estimated preparation and pickup times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Preparation times may vary due to restaurant volume, order size, staffing, equipment, or other operational circumstances.
Customers are responsible for selecting and picking up their order from the correct Greek Fiesta location.
5. Delivery
Delivery may be provided by Greek Fiesta or by third-party delivery providers.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, restaurant volume, driver availability, inaccurate delivery information, and circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Orders placed through third-party delivery platforms may also be governed by the terms, fees, refund policies, and privacy practices of those providers.
6. AI-Assisted Telephone Ordering
Greek Fiesta uses Loman AI to provide automated and AI-assisted telephone services.
The system may answer telephone calls, provide restaurant and menu information, respond to questions, and assist customers in placing orders.
Calls handled through the AI telephone system are recorded and may be transcribed and processed using artificial intelligence.
Customers are responsible for confirming the accuracy of their order, including items, quantities, modifications, pickup or delivery information, and other order details.
If an automated system cannot properly process a request, Greek Fiesta may attempt to resolve the issue through another ordering or customer-service method.

7. Payments
Payments for online orders may be processed through Toast and its payment-processing services.
Other payment methods or processors may be used for certain transactions.
By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
8. Order Changes, Cancellations and Refunds
Because food is prepared specifically for each order, an order may not be cancelable after preparation has begun.
If there is a problem with an order, please contact the Greek Fiesta location that prepared the order as soon as reasonably possible.
Depending on the circumstances, Greek Fiesta may provide a replacement, remake an item, issue restaurant credit, or provide a full or partial refund.
The appropriate remedy will depend on the circumstances.
Orders placed through third-party platforms may also be subject to that provider's cancellation and refund procedures.
9. Catering
Catering orders may be subject to additional requirements concerning minimum order amounts, advance notice, pickup or delivery, setup, payment, cancellation, and refunds.
Specific catering policies disclosed when an order is placed or confirmed will apply in addition to these Terms.
If there is a conflict between these general Terms and specific written terms provided for a catering order, the specific catering terms will control for that order.
10. Food Allergies and Dietary Requests
Customers with food allergies, sensitivities, or dietary restrictions should inform Greek Fiesta when ordering.
Greek Fiesta prepares different foods and ingredients in shared kitchen environments. Although reasonable efforts may be made to accommodate requests, cross-contact between ingredients or allergens can occur.
We cannot guarantee that any menu item is completely free from a particular allergen.
Customers with serious allergies or dietary concerns should consider this information when deciding whether to order a particular item.
11. Loyalty and Rewards
Greek Fiesta may offer loyalty points, rewards, discounts, promotional codes, special offers, or similar benefits.
Loyalty programs may be administered through Toast or another service provider.
Promotions and rewards may have separate eligibility requirements, expiration dates, redemption rules, exclusions, or other conditions.
Unless otherwise stated, rewards and promotional offers have no cash value and may not be combined with other offers.
Greek Fiesta may modify or discontinue loyalty programs or promotions subject to applicable law and any specific terms governing the applicable program.
12. Gift Cards
If Greek Fiesta offers gift cards, additional terms or restrictions may apply.
Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by applicable law.

The Greek Fiesta name, logos, menu content, photographs, graphics, designs, text, and other original website materials may be protected by trademark, copyright, and other intellectual-property laws.
You may use the website for lawful personal and noncommercial purposes.
You may not attempt unauthorized access to the website, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious software, misuse its content, or use the website for unlawful purposes.
